I’m around 90% certain it was the same person who attempted to enter my hotel room around 2:30 a.m.That night, I was awakened by someone trying to open my door. When they couldn’t, they began banging aggressively and repeatedly shouting, “Open the door!” The person did not identify themselves and continued turning the doorknob. I told them I would not open the door and called the hotel reception/security. When the receptionist arrived, the individual lied, claiming to be my friend.He had no food, no delivery bag, and no uniform, and I had not placed any order at that time. The situation was extremely frightening and unacceptable. I had to change rooms afterward and couldn’t sleep for the rest of the night.I have attached a screenshot of the driver’s profile from my previous orders — the same person appears to match the description seen at the hotel. To verify this completely, it would be best to check the hotel’s CCTV footage from that night.Please investigate this matter urgently for the safety of other customers and take appropriate action against the driver.
