❌ Never Ever Oder From This AppI honestly had the worst experience with this app . There was an issue with my order so I raised a complaint and got a refund of 54 in my wallet. But I haven’t been able to use it since then. Every time I talk to an agent, I get a different story , one says wait 24 hours, another says reinstall the app, and someone else says my account is suspended with no reason given.It’s been almost a week now and nothing has been fixed. I have travelled to many places and used different apps, but this is honestly the worst customer service I have ever come across.
This website is a scam. I used it in madina and got scammed when I ordered and received a very bad food quality that worth shit. I contacted customer service several times with no positive feedback except “ we hope that next time you will have a better experience “. I looked into deleting my account but unfortunately I have already paid for a one year membership in advance as a subscription for a whole year.
Very Disappointed — No Refund ReceivedI had a very bad experience with HungerStation. I placed an order, and due to an issue on their side, it was canceled — but I never received my refund. I’ve been waiting for several days, and there’s been no proper response from customer service. It’s really disappointing that a trusted app can handle customers like this. I hope they fix their system and improve their support, but for now, I’m very unhappy with the service.
Had to send this to the customer support, yet no response and no actions…: Hello HungerStation Support,I would like to report a very serious incident involving a driver who, I believe, delivered one of my previous orders (order number provided below). I’m around 90% certain it was the same person who attempted to enter my hotel room around 2:30 a.m.That night, I was awakened by someone trying to open my door. When they couldn’t, they began banging aggressively and repeatedly shouting, “Open the door!” The person did not identify themselves and continued turning the doorknob. I told them I would not open the door and called the hotel reception/security. When the receptionist arrived, the individual lied, claiming to be my friend.He had no food, no delivery bag, and no uniform, and I had not placed any order at that time. The situation was extremely frightening and unacceptable. I had to change rooms afterward and couldn’t sleep for the rest of the night.I have attached a screenshot of the driver’s profile from my previous orders — the same person appears to match the description seen at the hotel. To verify this completely, it would be best to check the hotel’s CCTV footage from that night.Please investigate this matter urgently for the safety of other customers and take appropriate action against the driver.
Terrible service, terrible delivery times, ridiculous delivery charges, operator can deny or keep your order pending until they decide to process it, which could be hrs, depend8ng on how busy they are, no direct contact with live chat to solve your problems in the contact us, so your order cant he cancelled, stuck in limbo of when they decide to accept it or not, so you go hungry, but in the meantime it could go through, if you've taken another option so your footing the bill for double the food, atrocious sense of urgency for busy families or parents!
This company has went into account and took money from account that I didn't owe them. I don't even live here I'm in pa. I wouldn't recommend nobody using card or even dealing with these ppl. They try to go into my account daily. Scammers. B careful ppl.
