I had seen a review about this a year ago and couldn't believe it was that negative. However, after the couple's struggles in the video, I thought perhaps the service had improved. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. The Christmas dinner I tried featured a small, microwaved stuffing ball and the driest meat I've ever had. The sprouts were tiny and chewy, also microwaved. The potatoes were cooked at a high temperature in an air fryer, leaving them completely dried out. There were no carrots, only two pieces of broccoli that were tough to cut. The vegetables were mushy and rubbery. They seemed to have overcompensated with the roast potatoes, which were the worst part, and the pig in a blanket tasted pre-cooked and disgusting. The Yorkshire pudding was a disaster—almost like plaster with a dry, chewy base, just like the vegetables. I'm tired of restaurants putting in no effort to make a decent meal. Avoid this place; it was undoubtedly one of my worst dining experiences. I gave two stars because the staff were nice.
