Visited this establishment today and ordered the full mixed grill. It arrived promptly and was quite good. The steak was slightly cool, but the rest was excellent. All the meats were delicious, complemented by the attentive service from our waitress, who made our experience very pleasant. Thank you!
We frequently dine at the local establishment, and usually, it meets our expectations, but our visit on Sunday was truly disappointing. We ordered two turkey roasts, and when they arrived, the roast potatoes were burnt (one broke apart due to overcooking), and the carrots and broccoli were entirely uncooked—so much so that we couldn't even pierce them with a fork. We raised our concerns, but the staff member who addressed us was curt and somewhat impolite, displaying a poor attitude. She removed the meals without an apology or acknowledgment of our issue, and they were eventually replaced with satisfactory ones. Honestly, this experience has deterred us from returning.
We arranged a festive dining event for 11 people, and the table was beautifully decorated, creating a lovely Christmas ambiance. Our host, who was fantastic, ensured we had everything we needed and was very polite, helpful, and friendly. We would absolutely return; the atmosphere was brilliant.

I had seen a review about this a year ago and couldn't believe it was that negative. However, after the couple's struggles in the video, I thought perhaps the service had improved. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. The Christmas dinner I tried featured a small, microwaved stuffing ball and the driest meat I've ever had. The sprouts were tiny and chewy, also microwaved. The potatoes were cooked at a high temperature in an air fryer, leaving them completely dried out. There were no carrots, only two pieces of broccoli that were tough to cut. The vegetables were mushy and rubbery. They seemed to have overcompensated with the roast potatoes, which were the worst part, and the pig in a blanket tasted pre-cooked and disgusting. The Yorkshire pudding was a disaster—almost like plaster with a dry, chewy base, just like the vegetables. I'm tired of restaurants putting in no effort to make a decent meal. Avoid this place; it was undoubtedly one of my worst dining experiences. I gave two stars because the staff were nice.
