I am extremely disappointed with HungryPanda. I ordered a beef dish for £10, but when it arrived, there was ZERO beef in the container—just a few side vegetables. This is a clear case of "Goods Not As Described" under the Consumer Rights Act.When I contacted customer service with clear photo evidence, they had the audacity to offer me a measly £5 voucher instead of a full refund. Why should I be forced to spend more money on this platform just to get back half of what I lost?Their "Online Consultant" (HP-104759) kept wasting my time with scripted apologies instead of fixing the issue. If you value your money and expect to actually receive the food you paid for, AVOID HUNGRYPANDA AT ALL COSTS.
