This company is a scam. After waiting a month I inquired where my order was. They said two more weeks. I waited, in two weeks asked again, they said another two weeks. It’s going on two months and they tried to tell me two weeks again. Each time I asked for a refund and they never replied to that request. I finally had to dispute the charge on my card. Total scam.

These did not work. They were not even magnetic. I emailed for a return in early January and have been every couple of days since. After they finally responded they asked if I would just accept a 30% refund and just keep them. They’re useless but i finally agreed to a 50% refund. That has been 3 weeks ago. Each time I ask for an update on my refund I get a “I’ll check” or it’s been requested. They delete any negative reviews on the social media platforms. Their product is trash and their customer service is horrible.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I would give a zero rating if possible. AVOID PURCHASING FROM THIS SELLER. The shipping took an excessively long time. The product quality was very disappointing. I reached out to request a return for a refund, but I spent nearly four weeks being misled by a customer service representative who attempted to negotiate a smaller refund. Eventually, I received an address for the return, but now, almost a month later, I still have not received my refund, despite being promised it would be processed weeks ago.

Avoid magnet eyelashes!

I ordered magnet eyelashes for $75. When I inquired about my order, the response was simply that "it's coming," but it never did. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Stay away from this seller

I had a terrible experience with this company. My product arrived after a long wait, and I disliked the lashes. Following their guarantee, I reached out for a return. Initially, they sent tutorials and asked me to try them again. After watching the videos and still not liking them, I contacted them again and was told to provide a video of my attempt. I refused and insisted on a return. They then offered a 30% refund, which I also declined, wanting them to honor their guarantee… no response followed. Look elsewhere for lashes; this company is disappointing.

Avoid at all costs!

This company is terrible—DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING! It's an overseas operation, so don't be misled by the promotional videos. I ordered over a month ago and have received no updates from customer service regarding my order status. It's a total scam!

Beware of this company

Extremely poor customer service. The product took far too long to arrive. I faced difficulties getting a response regarding returns, and they never provided a return address, despite advertising a money-back guarantee. BE WARNED—while the marketing is appealing, the reality is quite the opposite.

Major letdown

Firstly, it would have been helpful if there was transparency about the product's origin and the expected month-long delivery. Additionally, the learning curve is steep; I spent 40 minutes trying to put them on despite watching the instructional videos. I don't have that kind of time, and once they were on, their weight was distracting all night. When I requested a return authorization, the response was to suggest watching the videos again, and when I insisted on returning, they offered a 20% refund to keep them. This clearly indicated that returning them would be a hassle, so I reluctantly agreed. I wish I had consulted reviews beforehand!
