I'm hoping someone will get back to me promptly about my situation. I have been with spree Casino for many years and I have a very high ranking with them and I moved from California to Arizona I've tried multiple times to verify my location with the app they had sent me but for some reason I don't know if it's not working or if it is just a bad app but it did show that I was in Nevada once and then it did not show where I was located I am in Arizona Kingman Arizona to be precise and I do have verification from my Verizon phone bill that clarifies exactly my address and for some reason I cannot log into my account it says I am blocked and to contact customer service but I tried to contact customer service and there is no way to do so from the link it tells me to go to and I would like to get back my account I have had multiple reward specialists throughout the years helping me and providing great service I know there's a way to get my account back please someone contact me so I can continue to have fun with spree casino thank you
So I am still giving 4 stars because I enjoy the games but this is one of the ones I have never won on, I spend too so it can't be that. I'm getting to the point where I don't know if I can keep spending if I'm never going to win but I love their customer service and I know people win so didn't want to give them less stars. Hopefully soon I'll be back to up that to 5 stars! I have never won more than 100 on any of them so not sure why that is but I will keep trying for now. Fingers crossed I get a win so I can keep playing because I really had high hopes for this one. Hope I do! And congrats to all my friends that have won!
OMG....I swear this site is the ultra king of saying surprise theres an awesome gift waiting in your account ..You are gonna love it...and then you arent going to go because you remember the last time they said that and then you went and there was legit nothing waiting for you in your account ...but then they send you another email urgently trying to tell you that there is just this super awesome free thing waiting fort you and its going to expire if you dont go claim it, and theres a claim button in the email ..so you are like f it and you click it ..and then lo and behold ..there isnt a damn thing in your account ..and you spend 5 mins being thorough and go back and click the claim buttton just to make sure again..but nothing is in the account and ...well ..it iritated me enough to come post here about it ...this is a non stop daily pattern for spree....gift spins ...whatever..then you log in and they aint giving you anything and its just a joke to get you to come buy stuff ....at least give me the freaking free whatever it was before trying to get me for my greenbacks.... ..for the love of god..spree is from hell
I would normally give it a higher rating but I'm still waiting on a payout from the 9th of February and it's the 21st it shouldn't take that long it's never taking that long and that's the only reason. The reply was to reach out to y'all's customer service and I did on the 19th and they told me that it was just going to take a few days and I just think that's way too long but doesn't mean I'll stop using your casino cuz I really enjoy it.

I used to love spree but over the past year they have continued to decline from the misleading headers in their promotional emails stating FREE spins when yeah they are free but AFTER u make a purchase u get them free! I logged in, and the first thing I see was GIFT SPINS **spin now** I click it redirects to make a purchase nowhere does it say purchase is needed!!! I closed my account for quite a few months and just reopened it recently! I don't like to be taken advantage of! If I could share a screenshot I would!
I love spree and usually can give 5 stars but my last customer service interaction didn’t hit the mark like usual. Agent was not knowledgeable and I wasn’t 100% satisfied but with being said still my favorite casino and I love the games!
