I ordered an item from an online marketplace, which was sent via a delivery service. The last tracking update was on 12/12/2025, with an expected delivery date of 22/12/2025. Unfortunately, the item is now lost and cannot be located. The customer service team of the delivery service has been unhelpful and unfriendly. I'm beginning to worry that my item may have been stolen and that I will never see it.
