worst company ever. Rude and full of it. Should know when their phone message is all about how they will hang up on you if you have a crack at their employees. Lazy pricks. If you want to lose money and annoy your ex customers, use this mob of useless imbeciles!
They have my order just sitting at the depot for around 2 weeks. With absolutely no update. None of their contact details work and it is extremely annoying to not have my parcel delivered within Australia. Disappointing! They look like a scam.
While the representative was quite helpful, I will never order through this service again. They need to thoroughly vet the companies they partner with to ensure they can meet the promised delivery timelines. The 1-2 day delivery guarantee was not fulfilled, and my package was routed incorrectly, going from one city to another unnecessarily. I live close to the original location, so I can't comprehend why it was sent further away. The entire experience was frustrating, and the customer service left much to be desired.
