I've had so many problems with my checking account and credit card, it's just not worth it anymore. I was locked out of my checking account, went into the bank, and the very nice man who helped me could not explain what happened. He had to cancel my account and start completely over. Today they declined an $80 charge for no reason whatsoever. Called customer service which first disconnected me after 7 minutes and upon my second call I got a message that said it's an hour wait time. So dear Huntington bank, I am just canceling my accounts and going somewhere else. Thanks anyway
