The extension we had built recently remains unfinished, with ongoing roof leaks, missing paperwork, foundation issues, gaps around the windows, and poorly installed foundation piles. The quality of the finishes is unacceptable, and the fitters left the site without completing the job. We have not received any documentation from the relevant authorities. The service provided by the fitters has been extremely disappointing.
