After receiving a new payment notification, I attempted to log in once more but faced the same issue. I reached out to the support team to understand the problem, and they informed me that my account was banned due to alleged scam calls, but they would reactivate it without further explanation or warning. I want to clarify that I was not making scam calls; I reached out to various organizations to assist someone else. I immediately canceled my subscription upon logging in. Later, I received a 'Failed Payment' notification, which left me confused. When I contacted support again, they mentioned I needed to cancel my subscription in two places, which I found amusing since I had already canceled it completely. Their response was surprising, and this has been the worst experience I've encountered with any online tool or app.
