I’m very satisfied using Hushed. It’s a convenient app until now they’ve blocked me from using my phone number again for the second time. It’s because I repeat the same words. This time I was bugging my friend to help me move my belongings from my storage unit. I live in Canada and Section 2b under the Charter of Human Rights is Freedom of thought and expression. So I will be finding a Canadian company if they don’t reinstate my phone number. I think they’re based out of the UK. I wasn’t aware there are laws against speech there.
I was banned without any prior notification, and when I attempted to log in, I couldn't access my account. Initially, I thought it might be a bug, an app update, or an issue with Google sign-in, so I planned to try again later. However, that didn't work out. After receiving a new payment notification, I attempted to log in once more but faced the same issue. I reached out to the support team to understand the problem, and they informed me that my account was banned due to alleged scam calls, but they would reactivate it without further explanation or warning. I want to clarify that I was not making scam calls; I reached out to various organizations to assist someone else. I immediately canceled my subscription upon logging in. Later, I received a 'Failed Payment' notification, which left me confused. When I contacted support again, they mentioned I needed to cancel my subscription in two places, which I found amusing since I had already canceled it completely. Their response was surprising, and this has been the worst experience I've encountered with any online tool or app.
I have been locked out of both my accounts after depositing 100 USD in credits, and the support team has ceased all communication. The customer service is non-existent, and I'm now at a loss of 100 USD. I strongly advise avoiding this service.
After depositing $1000 into my account and using the service, it was locked without explanation. I haven't received any refunds, and my balance is inaccessible. I've contacted support multiple times, but they only provided vague answers. This feels very much like a scam, and I caution others against depositing large sums here.
