I ordered some mats and attempted to cancel the order just an hour later. They claimed they would try to cancel it, but they went ahead and shipped it anyway. They promised to send a return label but never followed through. A few days later, I was informed that my case was closed. This feels very fraudulent. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this company.
