I ordered some mats and tried to cancel the order just an hour later. They assured me they would attempt to cancel it, but they sent it anyway. They promised to send a return label, but that never happened. A few days later, I was informed that my case was closed. This feels like fraudulent activity. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company.

The customer service is terrible. They ignored my inquiries and often closed my requests without any response. I faced significant difficulties when trying to return an item for a refund. Their policies are frustrating, and I felt treated poorly through email and messaging. They don't seem to care about their customers. I won't be buying from them again, even though I have their products in my vehicle.
I purchased floor liners, which are great. However, I ordered a bug shield with quick shipping and received a response stating they couldn't provide an estimated delivery time. I was told it was in stock when I ordered. As someone in manufacturing, I know at least a timeframe should be given.
I ordered liners for my wife's car for Christmas on 11/25, and my bank was charged that day. After two weeks without any updates, I emailed to check the status. They then informed me they were backordered without any prior notice. Had I not followed up, I would still be waiting. Now I have to rush to find another brand with only two weeks left before Christmas. This is the worst customer service I've encountered!

The 'Rapidship' claim from this company is misleading! You might wait two weeks for your hardware. Their shipping is poor, and customer service is lacking. It's unfortunate because the products are good, but the service is a letdown.
