I ordered fender flares for a vehicle. They fit well, but the hardware for the rear flares didn't work for the lowest attachment points. I contacted customer support, who responded positively but failed to send the necessary hardware. After spending $500, I wanted to install them promptly, but I've been waiting over a week with no resolution. I had to figure out a different method for attachment. Very poor customer support overall.
