This is the second time this has happened with this company. Both incidents are the same.I placed an order for floor liners for a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu. The website page indicated they were in stock both front and back. The site indicated same day shipping if ordered before deadline which I did. Order never shipped and when I checked it indicated shipping April 5th. I checked again and it said April 24th. It from in stock to multiple delays. On May 27 I chatted with Customer Service and was told that the order had partially shipped and the rear liners were on the way. I asked for a confirmation number and was told it was not available. Concerned I called the next day to confirm and was told it hadn't shipped. The website is grossly misleading about in stock items and immediately shipping.Customer Service was intentionally misleading about order status.Again this the second time this has happened the first was Huskys Amazon page. This order was placed directly from their site with identical results.
