I booked a day pass to a local gym. The website did not mention that the spa was closed, which was the main reason I booked. Upon arrival, I found out that the steam room was out of service, but it didn't indicate that the entire spa was closed, including the jacuzzi and sauna. I reached out to customer service two weeks ago for either a refund or a replacement pass but haven't heard back. I'm very dissatisfied.
