This is my first ever written review online. The service provided by Luana was extremely timely and professional. My query was responded to and fixed within the same hour and the response time was nothing short of instant. I would love if all customer service followed after Luana.
I've only visited the hotel and spa so far with the monthly pass, and the entry process has been seamless. Just show your pass on the app at reception, and in no time, you’re headed to the changing rooms. I feel like a local member. The joining process was easy and without long-term commitments, making me extremely satisfied with my membership.
Joining was straightforward and reasonably priced. I enjoyed the swimming pool nearby daily, which was fantastic. Unfortunately, the pass became unavailable, and I had to cancel my membership. However, I plan to rejoin once it's available again. The support team is very helpful, and it's easy to freeze or cancel if your situation changes unexpectedly.

I booked a day pass to a local gym. The website did not mention that the spa was closed, which was the main reason I booked. Upon arrival, I found out that the steam room was out of service, but it didn't indicate that the entire spa was closed, including the jacuzzi and sauna. I reached out to customer service two weeks ago for either a refund or a replacement pass but haven't heard back. I'm very dissatisfied.
