In September 2025, we booked a holiday home for summer 2026 and made the payment. We received various confirmations, which were confusing. Two months later, we received multiple messages stating the holiday home was canceled. Attempts to get answers were futile, as we were directed to an AI assistant or put on hold for long periods. Eventually, when we reached a representative, they had no information. I recommend avoiding this service. I've even filed a complaint regarding these practices.
