About June 1st 2025 I was told I would receive € 123,-
on my rental in Oostende, Belgium. So far nothing has shown up on my bank account. More than two weeks ago Huswell informed me via Trustpilot that the amount had been paid. THIS IS A LIE. No monies have been received and my repeated requests for banking details have not been answered. Reading comments from other renters who have had problems, I have the impression that not paying promissed refund is a standard practice. Once again: AVOID THEM!!
This was sent earlier today and Huswell's reply is just a lot of repeated lies and b.. If what they claim is thrue, Huswell must be the most inefficient company I have ever come across in my whole life, needing more than 8 months to pay a refund. As said before, AVOID THEM.
