Asked for refund since 17 March, every month emailed to ask for update they replied with the same excuse "We still haven't got any refund back from airline".Frustrated, and disappointed! I asked Cathay Pacific directly, and it turns out the airline have processed the refund back to the agent since 5April.Now, 26 August, I still have not received any refund from this fraudster company. I am yelling and shouting to the agent over 1 hour, and then they just keep giving the same excuses, at first blame to airline, when I showed the airline's email to the agent, they mentioned the ticket issued by other agency, that they are not connected to airline directly, so need to wait other agency to transfer. They already caught red handed but still trying to get away and pointing finger at other party. What a scammer, unprofessional and fraudster!!
