I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Hutchgo has been so unbelievably frustrating, it would be wrong not to warn others.I booked flights through their site, intending to arrive in Montreal on August 25th around 4:40 PM — with a full hotel day and an early conference the next morning. Instead, I later discovered (only after receiving the final confirmation) that my flight lands at 12:37 AM on August 27, an entire day later than planned.The interface was unclear, and I genuinely believed I was booking for the 25th. Hutchgo’s site even offered options for "cancel for a fee" and "change flight for a fee", both of which I tried to use. I contacted customer support immediately.And here's where things got worse.Their response? A copy-paste email stating:> “Your ticket is non-refundable/rebooking not permitted. Date, time, name and route change are not allowed.”No effort to help. No option to pay a fee. No supervisor escalation. Nothing.I even called Porter Airlines directly, and they confirmed that Hutchison Travel owns the ticket, and only they could make changes. But Hutchgo refused to even try. I sent a follow-up appeal — again, no reply. It’s now June 25, 2:20 PM, and I’ve given up any hope of a response.What did I lose?One entire day of hotel stay I paid forMy only chance to explore Montreal before a 7:30 AM conferenceAnd any faith in this companyHutchgo’s customer service is cold, robotic, and unhelpful — and worse, they bury behind “fare rules” even when you’re willing to pay fees.If you care about your travel plans, do not book with Hutchison Travel or Hutchgo. You’re better off paying a little more with a reputable agency that offers real support.
I didn't use yet. one of hotel in Rome was very cheap. one day less than 200euros. but other sites one day 500euros. it should be scam. I checked review for Hutchgo. there are so many victims. and also I tried to pay using Apple master card but it was refused right away because very suspicious company(Hutchgo) ask to pay.
I never had such a bad experience ever with huchgo CS. I sent my complaint email to CS, no any feedback though. I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent booking I made using your app for a family trip. Unfortunately, I forgot to log in before completing the reservation. When I contacted your customer service, I was informed that it was not possible to add this booking to my account, which means I will not earn MoneyBack for this trip. I find it disappointing that the app cannot accommodate manual adjustments.
