Our family booked a flight from Singapore to Vietnam last June. We sent multiple requests by email but no one replied. I saw one of the reviewers here said to include the airline in your emails and it worked. At last they replied my email and processed my cancellation request but their is a catch...it would take around 12 months to return the money. It is also not sure for now how much it will be. So never ever book with this company no matter how cheap their work offers are.
