Our flight tickets had the passenger name spelt incorrectly and we emailed to get the spelling changed so there were no issues at the airport. Unfortunately this service notified us that there are no information changes allowed on bookings. After asking again for the change, they said they can do it, but only for a large additional charge. This is a scam and this company is very untrustworthy.
