The service from HWS Beauty was seamless from start to finish. This formula is exactly what my hair needed. it’s incredibly lightweight but still provides amazing moisture. I love the matching shampoo, and using them together has made such a difference in the shine and health of my hair.

Very poor service from the company: no communication. I'm trying to find out what has happened to the three products I've paid for but still haven't received. This is my first time buying from this company. I was so looking forward to trying out these hair products, but I haven't been able to because they haven't been delivered.
I previously ordered some items that was damaged/unusable upon delivery. And as a result of the great customer service (I got a refund immediately)
I reordered a much bigger order/parcel (whilst I don't rate the couriers they use) APC. I was able to collect this item from the couriers depot which is nearby.
The parcel had been packed properly as it was a large order. And I Love all the products, and yet most of all I felt I got a bargain as there were so many good deals in the order. I will definetly be making HWS Beauty my go to for all hair products from now on.

Was impressed by the next day delivery, choice of a pick up point giving me total flexibility, and recyclable container. I had a problem with the product. it was dealt with immediately by a person not a bot, and a satisfactory resolution was met. I highly recommend this company +++
The wet and dry vacuum ceased to function. I replaced both water tanks, assuming that was the issue, but the wet feature remains non-functional. I sent two emails to the support team but have yet to receive any response or guidance regarding the vacuum's problem. I invested a significant amount, and it feels completely unworthy.

The prices are reasonable, but I haven't received my order. The delivery service claimed that I rejected the parcel, which is not true. I waited all day, and no one showed up. The support team mentioned they would look into it, but I still have not received my item and my money is still tied up. The posting was extremely slow, and the communication was lacking.
Initially, I had doubts about the legitimacy of the company due to their incredible prices. I'm pleased I decided to place an order, as everything arrived promptly and met my expectations. I'm excited to purchase more hair products from this service in the future.
