They do not stay up very well. I bought them to wear to work, but the more I walk (which isn't a lot) they keep inching down and it's uncomfortable. Purchased Feb 7, 2026. First and last day I wore them to work Feb 21, 2026. Sometimes they roll. The top needs to be thicker. They are nice and soft.

I actually bought these socks twice; the first time, they were okay, but the quality of the next order was poor. They developed holes after one use, and they were really short for compression socks. I went on Amazon and bought some good socks, and I will not be buying Viasox in the future. Viasox did respond and tried to tell me the free socks they sent with the order should mitigate my problems, but they were obviously designed for a woman. I ordered black socks. How in hell would I want some fruity pair of patterned socks?

Uncomfortable and Poor Customer Support

I can't wear mine without experiencing discomfort in my legs. Every time I try to reach out for assistance, I'm left without a response despite being told I would receive help within a couple of days. I was unaware that returns weren't accepted, especially since the card included with my package stated I could seek resolution. It feels like they deliberately ignore customers until the 14-day assistance window closes, leaving us with no options afterward. Additionally, the website only showcases positive reviews, which raises concerns about how they handle negative feedback.

Incorrect Order and Poor Communication

My order is incorrect. Despite three attempts to reach out, I haven't received any communication, and it's been over a week with no update on my order status. Update - I only received a response after posting this review. It was clarified that instead of an additional offer at checkout, the consumer loses the Buy one, Get one deal if they choose to buy another pair at a lower price. This feels misleading to me. Additionally, their lack of response to my emails until now has been frustrating. No change in rating. I will evaluate the product once it arrives.

Avoid this service at all costs.

This service does not warrant your investment. I placed my order over a month ago and reached out multiple times to the support team, but had to wait over a week for a response, if I received one at all. After not getting tracking information, I found out about their extremely rigid return policy, which is non-existent! If the items you receive aren't suitable, there’s no way to get a refund or a replacement. After a month of waiting, I requested a refund, and two weeks later finally got the order cancellation email. In total, I waited nearly 2 months for absolutely nothing. Save yourself the hassle and expense.

Enjoyed the product initially, but faced issues on my second order.

I really liked the product when I purchased it at full price, but my experience with the second order was disappointing. When I attempted to use the sale offer, I was informed that delivery to my address was not possible, even though it was the same address as my first order. Is this a restriction for Canadian customers? I would appreciate some guidance.

Unacceptable Return Policy and Disappointing Gifts

The return policy is extremely restrictive. I purchased these as Christmas gifts, but they were not well-received. These ended up being the most costly items I've ever had to donate. Additionally, the previous items I ordered caused significant itching. I feel completely taken advantage of and will not be returning.

Extremely Disappointed with Delivery Times

I placed an order for 20 pairs of socks on November 28th, expecting them to arrive within the promised 3-6 shipping days. However, what I wasn't informed of was that it would take nearly a month just to process my order, which only seemed to happen after I started leaving negative reviews on various platforms. My attempts to reach out via phone and chat were completely ignored, and I faced significant delays in email responses—each one turned out to be untruthful. Now, it's Christmas Eve, and I still have not received any socks.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. If I could rate them zero stars, I would. There has been a complete lack of communication regarding my order. I placed my order on November 6th and received an email confirming it was being processed, but then I heard nothing. When I called on November 24th, two and a half weeks later, I was informed that one of the patterns in my bundle was sold out. How can a bundle of five patterns be sold without having them pre-assembled? Additionally, a single pair I ordered was also sold out, and I was told I needed to select different patterns. Why was I not notified about these issues? I later received an email stating my order was updated and still being processed, yet here we are on December 13th with no socks, no communication, and when I call, I only get a recording saying no representatives are available. This was my second order; the first went smoothly, but I will not be ordering again. They are essentially taking my money without delivering the product or providing any updates.
