Ordered some kerastase shampoo and conditioner over two weeks ago and it has still not been delivered and they are disputing the delivery. The courier hasn’t delivered the item, the tracking HASNT been updated since it was out for delivery on 28th of February. Wow, the customer service I have received has been shocking , haven’t had a response from these I’ve five days. They still have my money in their accounts knowing that my items have not been delivered! Will not be ordering from these again
