Catastrophically poor service, shameful behavior, avoid at any cost

My first review: You write in French instead English, and your delivery is already 10 days late, terrible terrible service. Shameful. And now I want to edit this reply, as I heard back from Hyashop. They replied, quote: "...to avoid unfair accusations...". Can you imagine this?? So let me be more detailed and elaborate why this company service is terrible, shameful service:1. It’s a pity that pictures can’t be shared here, so I could show how this company is either completely incompetent at what they do, or deliberately lying to customers, hoping that the customers don’t have enough knowledge to recognize the lie. When I checked the shipment status, I saw information stating that "import/export formalities are in progress." Import/export formalities between France and Croatia have not existed since 2013. Croatia is an EU member, just like France, and part of the single market — there are no "import/export formalities."2. Then they write "The tracking now indicates that the parcel is being returned to us because delivery was not possible.". Another lie. The delivery address I provided is deliberately the address of a company where me and other people work every day from 08:00 to at least 18:00. The entrance is clearly marked with the house number and name, and no one contacted me even though my phone number is correctly listed with the purchase. So, it’s another outright lie that the delivery was not possible.To conclude, it has been 10 days since the order date, my delivery has not taken place, no one has contacted me, and all they do is accuse me of "unfair accusations". I can only repeat — a catastrophically poor service, emails in French instead of English, no delivery, no contact, nothing… If there were a zero rating, you would get zero. Shameful behavior.
