Unfortunately, the company’s website features many brands, and I was particularly interested in the Dermica brand. I placed an order and paid for it, but received a counterfeit product. The box is individual, but the manufacturer and brand are completely different.I contacted the company, but they insist that the composition is the same and that the product can be trusted. I asked them to provide proof or at least some documentation confirming that a rebranding had taken place or that there is an official agreement between Dermica and their company, so I could be sure that the product had passed proper certification and laboratory testing.Unfortunately, I received only verbal assurances. However, since this concerns injectable products, if anything were to happen to my clients, the responsibility would be mine. In this case, words are not enough.I usually never leave reviews, but this situation made me decide to share my experience. The decision is yours.By the way, they did offer to accept a return of the products, but only under the condition that I send them back first and only then they would refund the money. Unfortunately, such terms were not stated at the time of purchase. That’s my story.
The prices are very competitive. The products arrived before the delivery date which was amazing as it was just before the Christmas season. Very happy with the packaging and the user friendly website. Will definitely repeat purchase and I've already recommended it to friends.
