I initially wrote a negative review back in May regarding the high cost and poor reliability of the batteries. However, hychika's customer service responded promptly to my complaint, assuring me that they would resolve the issue and send me replacement batteries.In exchange for this, I was asked to update my review, which I agreed to do as soon as the batteries arrived. Unfortunately, even though several months have passed, the batteries still haven’t arrived. Of customer service asks you to change a review in Exchange for something in suggest waiting for the product or replacement to arrive.
