Review Time
I initially wrote a negative review back in May regarding the high cost and poor reliability of the batteries. However, hychika's customer service responded promptly to my complaint, assuring me that they would resolve the issue and send me replacement batteries.In exchange for this, I was asked to update my review, which I agreed to do as soon as the batteries arrived. Unfortunately, even though several months have passed, the batteries still haven’t arrived. Of customer service asks you to change a review in Exchange for something in suggest waiting for the product or replacement to arrive.
Ordered a sander in April, it has since stopped working and smoking within a month, I contacted support and they said they’ll send another out, a week later, absolutely nothing so I asked them for tracking, they said they’d get back to me, again nothing, so I then asked for a refund so I could just purchase another one, they agreed and said they’d would get back to me, surprise they’re now ignoring me, have all the messages, don’t waste your money and time.
I use a lot of products from this brand, and I recently bought one of their Detail Sanders. It’s super lightweight and easy to handle, making it perfect for those longer projects. The ergonomic design means I don’t experience hand fatigue, even after hours of sanding.It’s also surprisingly powerful for its size—smooths out wood quickly without leaving swirl marks. I’ve used it on both rough and fine-grain wood, and it delivers a perfect finish every time. The dust collection system works great, keeping the workspace cleaner than most sanders I’ve used. And it comes with 12 sanding papers. Happy with it!.Overall, their products are good value for money.
