Ordered a sander in April, it has since stopped working and smoking within a month, I contacted support and they said they’ll send another out, a week later, absolutely nothing so I asked them for tracking, they said they’d get back to me, again nothing, so I then asked for a refund so I could just purchase another one, they agreed and said they’d would get back to me, surprise they’re now ignoring me, have all the messages, don’t waste your money and time.
