I can't recommend this service! Their communication is almost non-existent. I ordered a bottle over 5 weeks ago as a holiday gift, and it arrived damaged. I followed the necessary steps to report it and request a replacement, but I've only received automated messages promising resolution. I've tried to follow up, but I'm still waiting for a reply and a usable drink bottle.
