Disappointing service experience

I cannot recommend this service! Their communication is nearly nonexistent. I ordered a bottle over 5 weeks ago as a holiday gift, and it arrived damaged. I followed all the steps to report the damage and request a replacement, but all I've received are automated responses promising resolution. I've attempted to follow up but am still waiting for a response and a functional drink bottle.

Unfriendly customer service experience

I reached out to report that my package was open and seemed to be missing items. The representative was not friendly and kept repeating herself, which was frustrating. My package arrived in three separate shipments, and the shipping was quite slow. I regret not paying attention to the negative reviews, as I now have to deal with poor customer service and subpar products. It would help if corporate reviewed call recordings to address the unhelpful behavior of their representatives.

Lack of communication is frustrating

Disappointing product quality

Completely useless! I tried to wash the bottle before giving it to my daughter, and the water seal popped out, making it leak everywhere. The customer service is automated and doesn't provide any real help. Don't waste your money.

Replacement gaskets on the way

I noticed black mold on the two lid gaskets of my bottle. Upon contacting them, they are now sending new gaskets. I'm pleased with the response!

Frustrating customer service experience

I had a bad experience with this product and their customer service. I bought a bottle, and the lid was leaking. After numerous questions and requests for photos, they sent me a new lid, which was even worse. I asked for a return label, but they just kept asking for more information. My flask is two months old and has been leaking since the start, which I believe qualifies as a manufacturing defect. I'm still waiting on my third lid, and their responses have been frustrating. I recommend avoiding this brand to save yourself the trouble.
