The product cleans the bike really well after a day on welsh roads, burnt on mud and road grime it was a joy to watch it lift away with pre-wash then snow.
Then the worst happened. I put the snow bottle down and the pressure continued to force the product out of the base. The seal was compromised. One bottle fine. One not.
So I videoed it and sent a message on Instagram.
Must have had to wait ten minutes or so for reply (tick one), it’s an apology (tick two) they said give us your order number (tick three), we’ll send a replacement (tick four).
Product control cannot be 100% all of the time. But customer support can and has to be. That is why they continue to be a five ⭐ company and product in my mind.
Keep the customer contact and support going as you grow. Never compromise.
