I contacted Hydro via Messenger on their FB page and a new one arrived the next day! Thank you!

Purchased a bottle but was not happy with it after a couple of times using the pre wash nozzle. It just spits out lots of air and no product and you have to constantly pump the bottle to get anything out of it. Nothing like the promo videos showing a couple of pumps and they do the whole side of a car! I Contacted customer service within the 90 days period and first was told to clean the nozzle which I did and still the same. They then sent out a new nozzle but still the same so it must be an issue with the bottle. Went back to them again and even offered to send it back to be tested but I was then told they won’t help me anymore as now I am out of the 90 day window!! They then said I could buy another one with a 30% discount!! Why would I buy another one!! Not good customer service. I then put something on their Facebook page and they just removed my post!!
I have used hydro UK for a while whilst topping up the fluids and solutions I thought I'd pay for a bundle. Waited a couple of weeks for the items to arrive to which I had items missing it's been a month of excuses such as technical issues with the label printer which they can't send out or that there is another shipment of these items due to be delivered by next week. Trying to contact them directly through Their website and social media is basically impossible as it is all automated. No phone number to speak to an actual person, this issue has been ongoing from the 8th of January.

Hi first time experience with pre and snow wash. As in a lot of your reviews the bottles pressure doesn't hold for long, plenty of pumping needed. Products spray with decent foaming, but don't think it lifted the dirt much. It was the first wash after the bleak winter we have had. I did fetch a lot of dirt off while going over the car with my waterless cleaning product. I will try it again during the spring and summer and write another review later on the year.
Used my products with spray bottles for first time today and I'm very impressed with how easy the pre and snow made cleaning my car. The shampoo works brilliantly and has made my car look so much cleaner and shinier. Haven't got round to using the interior cleaner I got as a my free gift but I can see it doing a fantastic job just like the pre, snow and shampoo have. Well impressed 😁

After using it for the second time my car dosnt look any diffent to before I used it.
This stuff is crap. I'd make a guess with the reviews on their website are either paid or freinds of theirs.
Product sells itself as high end and easy to use.
Followed instructions, watched videos and followed every step. Measured the ratios accurately and applied for maximum recommended time.
Washed both work van and personal truck, neither close to clean despite using pre wash, snow foam and rinsed off with pressure washer after soaking period.
Stick to bucket and sponge, not worth the investment.
I bought the hydro product pack with the hydro spray bottle , when I tried to use the bottle it won't spray and stopped after few seconds so as asked sent them a video of this asking if I can have a replacement bottle please . This going on now for few weeks with little response and still no replacement bottle. Not happy as cant use the products that I bought to wash my car !!

Hydro is the real deal, I have purchased most of their products and all seem to work as advertised. The pre and snow work especially well. I honestly can’t fault the quality.
