I ordered a pair of shoes in size 45 1/3 on 29th November, but after three weeks, on 17th December, the package arrived without the original size tag. Instead, there was a generic barcode on the box. When I reached out via email—since they don't take calls—they responded rudely, stating they wouldn't accept my return request and were ready for any legal action. This behavior is unacceptable! The absence of the size tag raises authenticity concerns and diminishes the value of the shoes, which I paid EUR 350 for. I suspect they misplaced the size tag and replaced it with their own sticker, followed by rude replies. Disgraceful!
