I placed an order well before Christmas for a pair of sneakers for my 10-year-old. Even today (29.12), they cannot tell me when I might receive them. They claim that we, the customers who ordered and paid in advance, are the issue because we ordered too much, making it difficult to manage. Really?! People order before Christmas?! This seems new... The problem lies in the fact that you failed to organize things ahead of time. This is the only platform where no extra effort was made to address the holiday rush—believe me, I've tried several others, and all I received was dry apologies. Well, we can find apologies elsewhere; we come here for sneakers... but no worries, I won't be returning anytime soon.
The shoes are indeed great, matching the description and appearing completely authentic. However, my main concern was the delivery time and the lack of communication about it. I placed my order on December 1st as a Christmas gift, and they only arrived today, December 24th. I was worried they wouldn't arrive in time.
The service has been extremely slow. I sold my sneakers three weeks ago, and it's been a week since they arrived for authentication without any updates. Customer support is unresponsive, and I haven't received any payment. I cannot recommend this service! To make things worse, after expressing my concerns, my account was blocked, preventing me from accessing it, which leads me to believe they have no intention of paying me. This has been the worst experience I've ever had.
I ordered a pair of shoes in size 45 1/3 on 29th November, but after three weeks, on 17th December, the package arrived without the original size tag. Instead, there was a generic barcode on the box. When I reached out via email—since they don't take calls—they responded rudely, stating they wouldn't accept my return request and were ready for any legal action. This behavior is unacceptable! The absence of the size tag raises authenticity concerns and diminishes the value of the shoes, which I paid EUR 350 for. I suspect they misplaced the size tag and replaced it with their own sticker, followed by rude replies. Disgraceful!
