The problem lies in the fact that you failed to organize things ahead of time. This is the only platform where no extra effort was made to address the holiday rush—believe me, I've tried several others, and all I received was dry apologies. Well, we can find apologies elsewhere; we come here for sneakers... but no worries, I won't be returning anytime soon.
