I brought some nike shoes paid $300 for them only had them for 6 months and they started ripping at the front of the shoes. I took them back and the manager said that something will definitely be done about it! Either a refund or replacement, I left my shoes with her as she was going to send some pictures to nike and said she would get back to me the next week. Heard nothing from her so went into the store and spoke to a young guy I then explained and asked for my money back and he said he couldn’t do anything until the manger was back in store the following weekend. I then returned and she wasn’t in again… still hasn’t been contacted .. 2 weeks later I get a call from the manager saying it’s not a manufacturing fault or theirs.. therefore they can’t do anything about it not even give my money back … I will never be stepping in that store ever again and I will be telling friends and family to never shop their either!! When you pay a lot of money for shoes to last only a few months and then told weeks after you take them back in nothing can be done about it at all not even a refund extremely bad customer service.
