I ordered a pair of shoes online, only to have my order canceled because they claimed they were out of stock. However, that size is still available for purchase online. I will never shop with them again; save your time and money by choosing a different seller where your order will actually be fulfilled. This feels like false advertising.

Customer service is terrible! I called the store early in the morning since they are known for not answering their phones. I inquired about a product and was told to call back later when the system would be available for my query. After multiple attempts, my call was picked up only once, and I was left hanging. I don't live nearby, so I've tried to resolve this over the phone to save time and fuel. This is incredibly frustrating and shows a lack of concern for customers who spend their money there.
My online shopping experience was smooth, and the shoes arrived as expected. However, I faced issues with customer support when I requested a tax receipt. Initially, they said the email invoice would suffice, but when I asked for an official receipt, they promised to send it within two hours. When the shoes finally arrived, one had blemishes from being a display model, and they were not in brand new condition. They can’t even replace them and expect me to return them for a refund. I paid for new shoes, not second-hand ones, and they have a responsibility to fulfill the original order. I strongly advise against using this service!

I had a terrible experience at the store with the female manager. She claimed to have taken photos of my faulty shoes but then said her phone died when I asked to see them. When I pushed for a solution, she told me to leave the store. This is an unacceptable way to treat a customer.
