I returned my order to Hypeneeds over two months ago and still have not received my refund. The package was delivered and confirmed by tracking, yet I have been waiting without any clear response.Customer service has not been helpful, and this situation is very disappointing. I have already opened a PayPal case and am still trying to resolve this issue.I would not recommend buying from this store until they improve their refund process and customer support.
