I returned my order to Hypeneeds over two months ago and still have not received my refund. The package was delivered and confirmed by tracking, yet I have been waiting without any clear response.
Customer service has not been helpful, and this situation is very disappointing. I have already opened a PayPal case and am still trying to resolve this issue.
I would not recommend buying from this store until they improve their refund process and customer support.
"I placed an order under the impression that the item was in stock, as everything on the website suggested. Later, I was informed of a 5 to 10-day lead time. After this period, I received an email stating that the item was still out of stock and that no delivery date could be provided. I then requested to cancel the order. They confirmed the cancellation via email, but I have not been refunded. Furthermore, I continue to receive automated status updates as if the order were still active. They are no longer responding to my inquiries. I am going to open a PayPal dispute (fortunately, I used it as my payment method).

Bought a sweater for christmas on 10 december, never recieved it. Send a couple of e-mails and got the reply a couple of times that the sweater had not yet reached their warehouse. This indicates that this is a dropshipper. Cancelled my order (02/01) and I was told I would get the refund within 14 days. I have now been waiting for 42 days (13/02) on the refund, and the responses are taking longer and longer, the excuses thinner and thinner. It was my fault not to check the link my Son send me in the busy christmas time, but please dont buy from this site and make the same mistake as I did.
Hello i order some shoes, the seller off the shoes was verry late to ship the shoes to hypeneedz for authentication, it passed the authentication and then the shoes where delivered verry fast to the adress , the support was verry good .In the future i will buy some shoes again
I cancelled my order after 4 weeks of waiting for shipping confirmation and customer service kept telling me that they have not received the items yet. My repyament arrived 15 days after i cancelled my order after contacting Hypeneedz multiple times. Don`t waste your time and money on this company!
I made an order of 342€ wirth 14€ of delivery costs on 21 of may saying that would take maximum 7 business days I just received the order 12 of June with the box damaged taking a total of 17 business days Paid for service that didn’t corresponded to reality
