"I placed an order under the impression that the item was in stock, as everything on the website suggested. Later, I was informed of a 5 to 10-day lead time. After this period, I received an email stating that the item was still out of stock and that no delivery date could be provided. I then requested to cancel the order. They confirmed the cancellation via email, but I have not been refunded. Furthermore, I continue to receive automated status updates as if the order were still active. They are no longer responding to my inquiries. I am going to open a PayPal dispute (fortunately, I used it as my payment method).
