Disappointing service and body shaming

I'm very let down by my experience. I bought a gi that didn't fit, followed the customer service team's advice, and ended up paying to return it. The replacement also fit poorly, and when I raised my concerns, I was told it was due to my 'body type,' which felt dismissive and shaming. I've contacted customer service multiple times, but I've only received vague responses and a 15% discount code without any real resolution. I'm left with an expensive gi that I can't wear and no accountability from the company.
