Poor customer service regarding exchanges

The service declined my request for an exchange (not a refund, just a larger size) after I spent $80 on a rashguard. They wanted to impose an extra $25 cleaning fee due to deodorant stains, which were not there when I sent it back. SAVE YOUR MONEY and choose a company that respects its customers. This one does not.

Refused my exchange request

I was denied an exchange for a larger size after spending $80 on a rashguard. They wanted to charge an extra $25 for a cleaning fee due to supposed deodorant stains that weren't there when I sent it back. Save your money and buy your jiu jitsu/MMA gear from a company that values its customers, not this one.

My experience has been awful; it's been 23 days without any updates on my order. After reaching out via email and messaging, I was promised an update, but I still haven't received any information.

Disappointing service and body shaming

I'm very let down by my experience. I bought a gi that didn't fit, followed the customer service team's advice, and ended up paying to return it. The replacement also fit poorly, and when I raised my concerns, I was told it was due to my 'body type,' which felt dismissive and shaming. I've contacted customer service multiple times, but I've only received vague responses and a 15% discount code without any real resolution. I'm left with an expensive gi that I can't wear and no accountability from the company.

Disappointing product and shipping experience

I was very dissatisfied with the gi I ordered. For the price, I expected much better quality. I could find a similar gi for much less elsewhere. Additionally, I was shocked by the £60 customs charge when ordering from Ireland to England. Either the product was shipped incorrectly, or the company conveniently fails to inform customers. I tried to leave a review on their website, but that feature is disabled. I won't order from them again or recommend them, and I expect they'll just say customs charges are beyond their control.
