The assoc that I texted were not very helpful. I requested a phone call so I could clear up some confusing aspects of the problems the unit was having. Never received a call. Due to not being able to talk to a person at GO GO I received the wrong part. You need to change your view on talking to your customers. Also your phone mail box is full and the customer can not leave a message. Poor customer service.
