The bike was easy to assemble. Both our 4 year old and 7 year old love it! They both were able to ride bicycles before ordering and we were curious how quickly they would pick up the motorcycle but it was a breeze!

Disappointing experience with the product

I used the product once and stored it in the garage, but the next time I tried to use it, it wouldn't run. When I contacted the support team, they placed the blame on me for not charging it properly. I ended up buying a new battery for $90, which came without instructions. I discovered that I had to dismantle the engine by removing about 14 screws just to replace the battery—something the company could have made easier. After that, the bike still didn't work, and customer support informed me that I needed to buy a new control panel, requiring me to disassemble the engine again. I also lost the charger (my mistake), and since I couldn't use just any charger, I had to purchase another one from the company. Overall, I am not satisfied with the money spent or the quality of the product. Additionally, I assumed I was dealing with a company based in the U.S. (California), but my credit card notified me of an international charge, meaning my money isn't being spent domestically.

A hit with my child! Simple to put together and use.

My child adores it. It's straightforward to assemble and operate. The bike looks fantastic, and the sound and exhaust effects add to the enjoyment. A must-have for any kid who enjoys riding on two wheels!

The assoc that I texted were not very helpful. I requested a phone call so I could clear up some confusing aspects of the problems the unit was having. Never received a call. Due to not being able to talk to a person at GO GO I received the wrong part. You need to change your view on talking to your customers. Also your phone mail box is full and the customer can not leave a message. Poor customer service.

Was sent the wrong item. Ordered a wall charger and received a rear rack for a bike that isn't even offered on the hypergogo website

Shipped fast and well packaged

Shipped super fast and well packaged. It's only been a week since I've owned the product, but my kid loves it so far. Minimal learning curve from a balance bike to the motorbike - meaning less than an hour.
