I placed an order on December 1st, which was indicated as IN STOCK and payment was processed. Unfortunately, the order went unfulfilled for three weeks and was only dispatched via express post on the 22nd, missing Christmas altogether. There was no communication about the delay, no updates on shipping, and no apologies or discounts for not fulfilling the order on time. The company did not notify me about the shipment delay for three weeks or provide any explanation. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
